Shaun is a leading lawyer in equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions (public and private) and private equity. Having been involved in many complex and cross-border transactions throughout Australia, Asia, Europe and Africa, Shaun advises on and resolves complex issues simply and efficiently.

With deep and diverse experience, Shaun has acted on significant transactions for private equity funds, private and public companies and has represented bulge bracket and boutique investment banks.

Advising on a broad range of matters, his practice has a focus on hostile and agreed bids, Takeover Panel proceedings, shareholder activism, schemes of arrangement, IPO's, rights issues, FIRB, joint ventures, offtake and infrastructure arrangements.

Shaun has been increasingly involved in resolving complex disputes by commercial means, delivering better value outcomes and providing advice to investors and boards.

He has completed multiple Ride’s for Youth from Albany to Perth since 2006 while fundraising for Youth Focus.
