Jonathan Dewing is a corporate lawyer specialising in public and private mergers & acquisitions, ECM and corporate advisory matters. He advises domestic and international clients across the technology, energy, resources, retail, industrial safety and financial services sectors.

Jonathan has acted on a range of complex and high-value transactions, including private share and asset acquisitions, schemes of arrangement, off-market takeovers, capital raisings and Takeovers Panel matters.

He holds degrees in Commerce and Law and has complementary experience in finance and intellectual property law. Prior to joining Peloton Legal, Jonathan worked with top-tier firms in Perth and Melbourne.
