Luke Kavenagh

Luke is an Associate at Peloton Legal, where he advises on public and private mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and corporate advisory matters.

Before joining Peloton Legal, Luke worked at a top-tier firm in Dublin, where he advised clients across the technology, fintech and pharmaceuticals sectors on private equity investments and cross-border private M&A. He was also a member of the firm’s energy, renewables and utilities working group.

Prior to moving to Dublin, Luke was a solicitor at an international law firm in Perth, advising on public M&A, equity capital markets and corporate advisory matters, with a particular focus on Western Australia’s mining and resources sector. He was also a member of the firm’s global critical minerals and battery metals group.

Luke also serves on an advisory panel for Immune Deficiencies Foundation Australia (IDFA), supporting its work to improve awareness and advocacy for people living with immunodeficiencies.
