Clint is an Associate Director at Peloton Legal. He advises on corporate mergers and acquisitions.

Before joining Peloton Legal, Clint worked in San Francisco at a White Shoe law firm, advising Californian, domestic and international private equity firms and funds across the technology, healthcare, manufacturing and consumer sectors.

Prior to the United States, Clint was a corporate associate at a Magic Circle law firm, based in Perth, Dubai and subsequently Sydney, where he engaged in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, acting for Australian and international private equity firms, funds, corporates, lenders, and sponsors across a range of sectors – with a particular focus on the renewable energy, infrastructure, oil and gas sectors. During this time, Clint worked on multi-jurisdictional transactions across Australia, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
