Peloton Legal was founded in Perth in 2023 by Shaun McRobert with a clear vision: to build a new form of modern corporate law firm that combines sophisticated transactional expertise with a more focused and collaborative way of working, leveraging AI’s best capabilities.
From the beginning, we set out to challenge the traditional law firm model by creating a practice centred on quality over scale, strong client relationships and problem-solving advice. We believe outstanding legal work is achieved through close collaboration, clear communication and an unwavering commitment to our clients' commercial objectives.
Since our establishment, Peloton has grown rapidly, advising on ground-breaking public mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments (buy-side and sell-side), capital markets transactions and strategic corporate matters for clients across Australia and internationally.
